Over the last three days I have taken a Major League break from quilting. One of our son's best friends that he played baseball with since they were little leaguers made his Major League debut as a pitcher for the Minnesota Twins this week. My husband and I were priveleged to be able to host his parents and see him throw his first ever pitch in the big leagues.
Now it is time to get back to work and get myself prepared for my spring Michigan quilt retreat. We are going to have a blast with some very different projects and of course tons of sewing time. I would so love to hear from you on what has been your most memorable moments on a quilting retreat. Mine has always been watching new friendships blossom and grow. That is one of the reasons I keep doing them.
